We engaged a meeting of the CEOs and Chairman of all companies involved. The purpose of the initial meetings was to broker a trusted relationship whilst proposing broader Project/Programme Management offerings that would provide expert consultancy in the CBD development.

Following the initial meetings, it was agreed that the PM company would put together a commercial proposal to manage the initial land procurement programme for the development.

As a group, we co-ordinated the proposal presented to the Authority’s Board and, in turn, the PM company was invited to submit a proposal to lead the planning of the CBD and to design an iconic building.

The Group coordinated the proposal submission whilst we organised a UK visit to a London CBD so that we could demonstrate an example of the recent development of a “smart city” and iconic building.

At this time, we engaged the support of a Professor of Urban Studies from London School of Economics who is a global thought leader in National Urban Development.
